Homes, rentals and HOAs: what we see here

Spring Valley grew mostly in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, and its housing reflects that. Single-story tract homes sit next to two-story HOA communities, townhomes and condos, with large apartment complexes along the main roads. Stackables can be repaired in place, but access takes planning, especially when the dryer vent runs through an interior wall to the roof.
