Commercial washer problems we fix
Commercial washers are built to run many more cycles than a home machine, but they fail in predictable ways. These are the symptoms we see most, with the usual causes behind them.
Won't start or door won't lock
Front-loaders and many top-loaders won't start until the door lock confirms it is closed. A worn lock assembly, a bent strike, or a broken wire in the door harness are common causes. A payment problem can look the same, so we check whether the machine is actually receiving credit.
Water left in the tub
On gravity-drain machines, a drain valve packed with lint, socks or coins is the usual culprit. On pump-drain models, the pump or the hose leading to it is clogged or the pump motor has failed.
Won't extract, or shakes hard on spin
Clothes coming out soaked usually trace back to a drain problem, a slipping belt, a failing motor or drive, or an out-of-balance sensor stopping the spin. Violent shaking points to worn shocks, springs or suspension parts.
Leaking
Torn door boots and gaskets, loose hose clamps, a cracked dispenser and a drain valve that won't seat fully are the leaks we find most often.
Slow fill and loud bearings
A slow fill often means scale-clogged inlet screens or a weak inlet valve. A roar that gets louder at high speed is usually tub bearings, and that repair is worth catching before the seal fails and water reaches the bearings.

Commercial dryer problems we fix
No heat on a gas dryer
If the igniter glows but the burner never lights, the gas valve coils are a frequent cause. If there's no glow at all, look at the igniter, the flame sensor, or a high-limit or sail switch that has opened because airflow is restricted.
No heat on an electric dryer
A broken heating element or an open high-limit thermostat is typical. Repeated limit trips usually mean a lint or exhaust problem that will keep killing parts until it is cleared.
Won't tumble
A broken drive belt, worn idler pulley, failed motor, or worn drum rollers and bearings. A dryer that heats but doesn't turn should be taken out of service until it's checked.
Long dry times or overheating
This is almost always airflow: a clogged lint screen or chamber, a blocked exhaust duct, or a crushed transition. In multistory buildings and long duct runs it can build up faster than staff expect.

What staff can safely check before calling
- Confirm the machine has power: check the breaker and any service switch, and look for a tripped GFCI on the circuit.
- Note any error code on the display. It speeds up diagnosis, so include it when you call or email.
- Clean the dryer lint screen and look at the exterior exhaust hood for lint buildup or a stuck damper.
- For a washer full of water, turn off power before opening anything, and expect water when you do.
- For a gas dryer that smells like gas, stop using it, shut the gas valve behind it, and call the gas company.
Please don't bypass a door lock, high-limit or sail switch to keep a machine running. Those parts are there to prevent floods, injuries and fires.

How a commercial service visit works
We diagnose each machine you've flagged and give you a quote for each one before any work starts, so you can decide what to fix now and what to schedule later. When several machines are down at one site, we work through them in the same visit where we can.
The $75 diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the timeline before you approve. After the repair we run the machine through a test cycle, and the repair carries a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor.
You receive an itemized invoice by email, broken out by machine, and pay online by card. That makes it simple to track repair costs per unit and spot the machines that are costing more than they earn.

Equipment and brands we service
We repair Speed Queen, Dexter, Maytag Commercial, Huebsch, Continental Girbau, American Dryer and Ipso equipment. That includes coin-op and card-op top-load and front-load washers, soft-mount and hard-mount washer-extractors, single-pocket and stacked dryers, and large tumblers in on-premise laundry rooms.
Many of these machines share the payment side of the problem too. If the washer is fine but won't accept coins or cards, see our coin and card reader repair service.

Keeping machines earning and residents happy
For a store owner, a broken machine is lost revenue and customers who try the place down the street. For a property manager, it's resident complaints and a work order that stays open. Either way, getting the fix right the first time matters more than a quick patch.
Hard water in the Las Vegas Valley and heavy lint loads wear commercial equipment faster, so many of our clients pair repairs with scheduled preventive maintenance plans. If you run a store, our laundromat equipment repair page covers multi-machine service in more detail.

5.0 ★ on Google
8 Google reviews, all five stars. Here's what customers say.
“Several washers and dryers at my laundromat were having issues I couldn't figure out, so I sent in an inquiry describing what we were running into. Kevin responded quickly and scheduled an appointment ASAP to come out and troubleshoot. Once he found the problem, he quoted me a very fair price. He completed the work, and the machines have been running perfectly ever since. I've since hired them to handle regular maintenance on all of my machines and card readers. They were efficient and super kind. Highly recommend!”
“Kevin and his team bailed me out of a jam and got my machine back up and running in no time at all. Now my machine is running great and my clothes are clean. Thanks for the quick service.”

Frequently asked questions
How much does commercial washer or dryer repair cost?
It depends on the part, the machine and how much disassembly the repair needs. Every visit starts with a $75 diagnostic, which is waived when you approve the repair, and you get a quote for each machine before work begins.
Do you repair both gas and electric commercial dryers?
Yes. We repair gas dryers, including igniters, gas valve coils and flame sensors, and electric dryers, including heating elements and high-limit thermostats.
How quickly can you schedule a visit?
Most visits are booked within 1–2 business days. Let us know how many machines are down so we can plan the visit around them.
Which commercial brands do you work on?
Speed Queen, Dexter, Maytag Commercial, Huebsch, Continental Girbau, American Dryer and Ipso. If you have a different brand, call and we'll tell you whether we can help.
Is the repair warrantied?
Yes. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty that covers both parts and labor.
Is it worth repairing an older commercial washer?
Often it is, since commercial machines are built to be rebuilt. If a repair costs too much relative to the machine's age and condition, we'll tell you plainly so you can decide. You can request a diagnostic to find out.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Enterprise, Whitney, Winchester and Boulder City.
