Who we are
Las Vegas Laundry Repair is a local company that fixes appliances in homes and laundry equipment in businesses across the Las Vegas Valley. Our service area runs from Summerlin and North Las Vegas to Henderson, Enterprise, Whitney, Winchester and Boulder City.
Laundry equipment is where we started. From there we expanded to every major household appliance, so today we also repair refrigerators, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves and range hoods. The laundry side is still a big part of what we do, for single-family homes and commercial laundry rooms alike.
How we work
When something breaks, you want to know what's wrong and what it will cost before anyone picks up a tool. That's how every visit runs:
- Diagnose first. The $75 diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair.
- Explain plainly. We tell you what failed and why, without jargon.
- Quote before work. You approve the price before we start. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the timeline up front.
- Back the repair. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
- Bill clearly. You get an itemized invoice by email and pay online by card.
We're insured with general liability and workers' comp, so homeowners and property owners are covered while we're working on site.
We also respect your home or business while we're there. That means protecting floors when we move an appliance, cleaning up the work area before we leave, and testing the repair in front of you so you can see it working.
Who we serve
On the residential side, we work for homeowners, renters and landlords. That covers everything from a dryer that won't heat to a fridge that stopped cooling on a hot afternoon.
On the commercial side, we work with laundromats, apartment complexes and multifamily laundry rooms, property managers, and nursing homes and assisted living facilities with on-premise laundry. We repair commercial washers and dryers, coin mechanisms and card readers, and we offer monthly or quarterly maintenance plans for owners who want fewer surprises. For commercial clients, a down machine is lost revenue or a frustrated resident, so we keep communication simple. Send a work order by phone or email, get a clear diagnosis, approve the quote and receive an itemized invoice you can pay online. Multi-machine and multi-property service works the same way.
We Actually Show Up
It sounds like a low bar, but anyone who has waited on a repair call knows it isn't. We confirm your appointment, we come when we said we would, and we keep you in the loop if anything changes. Most visits are booked within 1–2 business days.
Showing up also means finishing the job. If a part has to be ordered, we schedule the return visit and complete the repair. If a repair isn't worth doing, because the appliance is near the end of its life or the cost outweighs its value, we'll say so instead of selling you a fix that won't last.
