Laundromats
In a laundromat, every machine with an out-of-order sign is a machine not earning. What we usually find on these calls is a mix of wear items and payment problems: door locks that won't engage, drain valves stuck open with lint, belts glazed from heavy use, dryer igniters that have started to fail, and coin drops that jam.

Apartment and multifamily laundry rooms
Shared laundry rooms take more abuse than any home machine: overloaded tubs, coins and keys in the drum, and dryer vents that run a long way through the building. Property managers mostly care about two things here: fewer resident complaints and a work order that gets closed.

On-premise laundry in a care facility runs heavy loads all day, and linen schedules depend on every machine being available. A down washer-extractor or a dryer that takes twice as long to finish puts the whole schedule behind.

Hard water, lint and heat: why maintenance pays off
Las Vegas water is very hard, and commercial washers move a lot of it. Over time, scale builds up on inlet valves and screens, slowing fills and throwing off cycle times. It also coats drain pumps and heating elements on machines that heat their own water. A washer that takes noticeably longer to fill than its neighbors is often the first sign.
Lint is the other constant. High-use dryers pack lint into screens, lint chambers, burner areas and exhaust runs, and in multistory buildings those exhaust runs can be long. Restricted airflow means longer dry times, more heat on parts, and a real fire risk. Summer heat adds to it when the laundry room itself runs hot and the dryers have to work harder to push air out.
None of this is unusual, but it does mean commercial equipment here benefits from regular cleaning and inspection rather than waiting for a failure.
Preventive maintenance plans
Most commercial breakdowns give warning signs first: a bearing getting louder, a door boot starting to tear, an inlet screen loading up with hard-water scale, a lint chamber that hasn't been cleared. Scheduled maintenance catches those before they turn into a machine out of service on your busiest day.

- $75 Diagnostic — Waived With Repair. The same fee applies to commercial calls, and it is waived when you approve the repair.
- Quote before work. You approve the repair before we start. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the timeline before you approve.
- Itemized invoices by email. Each invoice lists parts and labor per machine, and you pay online by card.
- 90-day warranty on repairs, covering parts and labor.
- Insured with general liability and workers' comp.
