Every down machine costs you turns
A laundromat earns by the cycle. When a front-loader sits with a sign on it, or half a dryer stack stops heating, customers wait, double up on the machines that work, or leave. Small problems also tend to stack up: one machine goes down, the rest take more loads, and they wear faster.
We work with laundromat owners who want machines diagnosed properly, repaired with the right parts, and back on the floor. We also give you an honest read on which units are worth repairing and which are getting close to the end.

What breaks in a laundromat
Washers
Door locks that fail to engage and keep the cycle from starting. Drain valves jammed with lint, coins, hair ties and small clothing, leaving water in the tub. Torn door boots that drip onto the floor. Tub bearings that roar on extract. Inlet valves and screens choked with scale, causing slow fills and long cycles.
Dryers
Gas dryers that stop lighting because of a failing igniter, worn gas valve coils or a flame sensor. Burned-out drive motors and broken belts. Worn drum rollers and support bearings that grind. High-limit and sail switches tripping because a lint chamber or exhaust run is packed. Doors that won't latch, so the dryer never starts.
Payment and controls
Coin drops that jam on bent coins or slugs, full coin vaults, card readers that show offline, and pricing that doesn't match your signs. Control boards and keypads also take a beating from constant use. Our coin and card reader repair page covers payment problems in more detail.

How we handle a store with several machines down
Send us a list before the visit if you can: machine numbers, what each one is doing, and any error codes. On site, we work through the list and give you a quote per machine before starting, so you control what gets fixed today.
When we finish, you know which machines are back in service, which are waiting on a part, and what else we noticed while we were inside the cabinets. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the timeline before you approve, so you can plan around it.
The $75 diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair. Each repair carries a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor, and every machine is test-run before we call it done.

What you can check before calling
- Reset the machine at its service switch or breaker, wait a minute and try again. Many controllers clear a fault on a power cycle.
- Write down any error code or flashing light before resetting.
- Check the coin vault on a machine that stopped taking coins. A full vault can stop the drop from accepting more.
- Clean dryer lint screens, and look at the lint compartment on models that have one.
- Any gas smell near the dryers: stop using them, shut off the gas supply, and call the gas company.
Keep customers away from machines with water in the drum, and don't jumper a door lock or temperature safety to get a unit back in use.
Repair or replace an aging machine?
Commercial washers and dryers are designed to be rebuilt, so a worn bearing, a tired motor or a failed board is usually worth fixing. Still, every store eventually has a few units that keep coming back with new problems. When that happens, we'll say so.
The things we weigh with you are the cost of the current repair, the condition of the tub, drum and cabinet, whether parts are still easy to get for that model, and how often the machine has needed service lately. A per-machine invoice history makes that call much easier, which is one reason we itemize every visit by unit.
The decision is always yours. Our part is giving you an honest read so you aren't pouring money into a machine that's about to need the next big repair.

Preventive maintenance for laundromats
Heavy-use stores are where scheduled maintenance pays off most. The water in Las Vegas is very hard, so inlet screens, valves and pumps scale up, and dryers in a busy store build lint faster than most staff can keep up with. Summer heat makes a crowded dryer bank work harder still.
A maintenance visit covers belts, bearings, door locks, boots and gaskets, drain valves, inlet screens, dryer lint chambers, exhaust and burners, and your coin and card readers, followed by a written note of what we found. Busy stores usually do best with monthly visits. See laundry equipment maintenance plans for how plans are set up and quoted.

Brands, scheduling and billing
We service the equipment most stores run: Speed Queen, Dexter, Maytag Commercial, Huebsch, Continental Girbau, American Dryer and Ipso washers and dryers, plus Greenwald, ESD and Coin-O-Matic payment hardware. For a closer look at failures by machine type, visit commercial washer and dryer repair.
Call (702) 763-5110, fill out the form on this page, or email the machine list to info@lasvegaslaundry.repair. Most visits are booked within 1–2 business days. Invoices are itemized by machine, sent by email and paid online by card, which keeps your repair records tidy for each unit. We're insured with general liability and workers' comp.
5.0 ★ on Google
8 Google reviews, all five stars. Here's what customers say.
“Several washers and dryers at my laundromat were having issues I couldn't figure out, so I sent in an inquiry describing what we were running into. Kevin responded quickly and scheduled an appointment ASAP to come out and troubleshoot. Once he found the problem, he quoted me a very fair price. He completed the work, and the machines have been running perfectly ever since. I've since hired them to handle regular maintenance on all of my machines and card readers. They were efficient and super kind. Highly recommend!”

Yes. Send us the machine numbers and symptoms ahead of time and we'll work through as many as we can, with a quote for each before any work starts.
What does a laundromat service call cost?
The diagnostic is $75, and it is waived when you approve the repair. Repair cost depends on the part and the machine, and you get the quote before we start.
How soon can you come out?
Most visits are booked within 1–2 business days. Tell us how many machines are out of service when you call.
Do you fix coin drops and card readers too?
Yes. We service coin mechanisms and card readers from Greenwald, ESD, Coin-O-Matic and others, including jams, offline readers and pricing changes. See coin and card reader repair.
