Many of the properties we work with have more than one laundry room, and some managers oversee several communities. You can send us a single work order that lists every down machine across your buildings, and we will plan the visit so the tech can work through them in one trip where practical. Most visits are booked within 1–2 business days.

When we finish, you get notes on each machine: what was wrong, what we replaced, and anything we noticed that is likely to fail soon. That record helps when you are deciding whether a tired washer deserves another repair or should be budgeted for replacement.

Residents judge a property partly by whether the laundry room works. After the visit, we email an itemized invoice that lists each machine, the parts used and the labor. You pay online by card through a secure Stripe link, so it fits the way most management offices already process vendor bills. If you need the invoice sent to an accounts payable address or a specific manager, tell us when you book.
